A new federal law limits our ability to use full-spectrum hemp in our products. Some of the products you rely on are leaving, will need to be reformulated, and some are staying, for now. We're here to help you plan for both.
Time left until the new rules take effect
On December 11, a federal law limits our ability to use full-spectrum hemp in our products, impacting our product formulation and labeling. Some states have passed their own hemp laws, so changes may take effect sooner where you live, and we may have to stop shipping some products to certain states before December 11.
Congress returns November 9 with a short window to act. We're advocating for a fix ensuring proper regulations that make sure consumers get safe and effective products, but we need to prepare for no changes.
Packaging and labeling rules still haven't been released. We're working on new versions of some products, but without federal guidelines we can't put new products into market. We can only ensure you have access to the products you need before December 11.
If you rely on one of these, now is the time to stock up. Unless Congress extends the date or the law changes, these products are leaving.
Most of our products are good into 2028 when stored properly.
