PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

I understand that these products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.  These products are not intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease.  Because of the evolving nature of our industry, Treadwell Farms does not make any representation as to the legality of these products under laws applicable to you.

WARNING

Please consult with your doctor or pharmacist before purchasing or taking these products.  If you plan to use these products in combination with any prescription or over-the-counter medication, tell your health care provider first. CBD products should not be used by persons under 21 years of age. Please review guidelines on the label for each product.  

DRUG TESTING

Although our products contain less than .3% THC by dry weight, studies have shown that ingesting full spectrum CBD can cause positive test results when screening urine and blood specimens. Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of employment drug testing or screening, we recommend that you DO NOT take our products before consulting with your healthcare provider, drug screening testing company or employer.  We do not accept liability for any positive screening results.

TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. All Flower and Pre-Roll product sales are final. All other products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

 

SHIPPING POLICY REGARDING HEMP PRODUCTS

We do not ship hemp flower products to the following states due to their laws regarding flower: Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Carolina, South Dakota & Texas. Buyer takes full legal responsibility in purchasing and requesting shipping to an address in any of the above “DO NOT SHIP” states.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
