Since 2016, we’ve focused on growing hemp and even had a Florida medical cannabis license. Since 2020, we have provided seedlings and cuttings to licensed hemp farmers from new to multi-generational farmers. From greenhouses to shadehouses, large acreage to small farms, indoor and outdoor, we are excited to see farmers who purchase our cuttings succeed!

Treadwell Farms is proud to partner with hand selected hemp breeders focused in the Southern United States. We’ve trialed over 75 CBD and CBG Cultivars in Florida, and gone all the way through the process.
From growing to harvesting to drying, the genetics we’re offering have passed the ultimate test —having Florida farmers successfully harvest and sell their crop!
In Florida, we have a unique climate / growing environment compared to the rest of the county. We are able to produce several off-season crops when no one else can. Using a 4" bonus liner, we can plant later in the fall or early spring and have a fresh harvest off season.

At Treadwell Farms, we grow our crops using sustainable and organic growing practices. Taking a truly holistic approach to crop management, we believe a healthy, vigorously growing plant is less susceptible to pests and diseases. We accomplish this by monitoring the health of the crop through its various stages of development. Beneficial microbes and other organisms are utilized to keep the pathogens and pests at bay. By analyzing the soil and plant tissue, fertilizer decisions are based on the needs of the crop and not the calendar. Using biology as an ally, we work with nature and not against her.
