You can take Everyday Extract any time of day! If you're taking it for overall health and wellbeing, we suggest you take it morning and night. Dealing with inflammation? Take any time of day - but we suggest starting with morning and night. Start with 1/4 of a dropper morning and night - making sure to add it under your tongue and hold for 30-60 seconds. Remember - everyone's body is different! That's why we suggest you start low and go slow. Give it a couple days and then adjust your dosage for the results you're looking for.

What is CBD oil?
