I have alot of foot/ankle pain, as my arches collapsed. I have been getting injections at least once a month. I started with the oil, about 2 weeks ago. OMG, so far it has reduced the pain to just an occasional discomfort. I also use the salves, and gummies. I was looking at surgery, but now I am hoping to delay that.
